Stop Relying on Sponsor Venues
The Global Talent Visa gives musicians absolute freedom in the UK. Unlike the Skilled Worker or Temporary Creative worker routes, you don't need a sponsor, you aren't tied to a specific venue or label, and you can freelance, tour, and collaborate freely.
Who qualifies? Singers, songwriters, producers, DJs, orchestral players, session musicians, and conductors. Assessed by Arts Council England (ACE).
Talent vs. Promise in Music
You can apply at any stage of your career, provided you have a track record of professional public engagement.
1. Exceptional Talent (Established Acts)
For artists who are already recognized internationally.
- Key Evidence: Billboard/Spotify chart placements, major international tours, Grammy/Brit Award nominations, heavy international press (Pitchfork, NME, Rolling Stone).

2. Exceptional Promise (Rising Stars)
For emerging artists showing world-class potential.
- Key Evidence: Regional radio play, features in national music blogs, supporting tours for established artists, fast-growing streaming numbers.
- Benefit: Eligible for Settlement after 5 years.
The Evidence: Translating Streams into "Impact"
The Arts Council doesn't just want to hear your music; they need to see its impact. We help you translate your musical success into the strict legal format required by the Home Office.
